The Project is being realized by Joint Venture of BETACONS-KADİM YAPI on the land that is owned by MARMARA METAL MAMÜLLERİ TİCARET A.Ş
Companies that constitute the Joint Venture of which names are Kadimyapı (Çavuşoğlu Yemenler A.Ş. - 1992, Mostar Yapı A.Ş.-1994), Betacons (Betatrans A.Ş-2006), use their experiences gained during many projects they administrated / realized for long years in the planning and realization processes of this Project.
Joint Venture was established in 2017 and started to work on the project. During the planning stage, a joint study with Istanbul Commerce University to understand the problems and constraints of the enterprises in the project area was taken as a reference to determine the most efficient use of the project.
The knowledge and power provided by combining the University's fieldwork and the experience of the Project Partners that make up the Joint Venture; has implemented the target model Project.
The Project application of the first lap of the Project consisting of two stages has been started in last months of 2018.
